Name the desires, defenses, and “good-girl” rules that have kept you small. Somatic grounding + shadow mapping to set the tone.

Reconnect to erotic sensation as wisdom. Slow, tangible practices to hear your body’s “yes/no” and build trust with your edges.

I’m Luci, mom of five, creator of The Liberated Feminine podcast and author of R.I.P. To The Good Girl, and a woman initiated by loss, and heartbreak into the alchemy of the Dark Feminine. My work is somatic, devotional, and unorthodox. We move with breath, body, voice, and choice, so your life actually changes.
